Job Description We’re looking for a Junior Category Manager who’s ready to take ownership of their categories and make an impact. In this role, you’ll deliver customer focused ranges and promotions that set us apart from the competition while driving financial KPIs. You’ll work with growing independence, managing day-to-day activities, identifying opportunities, and making sound commercial decisions. A Peek Into Your Petstock Day Develop and implement category strategies aligned with company objectives. Analyse trends and competitor data to inform decisions and drive growth. Negotiate promotions and trading terms with suppliers to maximise ROI. Manage range reviews, pricing, and product lifecycle to optimise performance. Forecast sales and inventory needs to ensure availability and minimise OOS. Collaborate with planning and stores for effective communication and execution. Track and report on KPIs, ensuring compliance with OH&S and company standard Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career?
